Electronic Signature And History

An electronic signature is a big part of the legal documentation process nowadays. As such, they are trying to make it faster, easier, and cheaper for all concerned parties.

Electronic signatures are so important for most companies, businesses, and even private individuals. Because it allows them to quickly finalize transactions and agreements.

They are not only used in business but also in personal life. Electronic signatures can be used by anyone who has access to a computer or smartphone with an app installed on it.

Electronic signatures have been around since the 1960s. But only started becoming popular in the late 1990s. When they were adopted by governments and corporations as an alternative to handwritten signatures on contracts and other legal documents.

The concept behind electronic signatures is identical to that behind digital signatures. Both create an encrypted image of your identity which can then be displayed on any device that supports 3D graphics technology (such as smartphones).

This allows people who don’t know each other well enough yet feel comfortable sharing sensitive information with each other.

For example, if you are buying a car from someone online. It helps you trust each other’s point of view, without any evidence that is beyond their word!

These days, there are many ways that people can get electronic signatures.

One of the best examples is SignNow.

It offers its customers the opportunity to use this service on their mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets (on iOS devices). Other options include Docusign which surpasses all other apps and became a competitor of SignNow.

While both companies allow you to create unique business cards on their platforms.

Only SignNow allows you to add text fields for personal messages or contact details (e-mail). This feature is especially useful when working with clients who prefer not to have their names printed on business cards.

Because it saves space on the card and makes it easier for them to use it during meetings or presentations.

5. SignNow VS DocuSign – User Reviews

DocuSign, an American software company, is currently the most popular of the two services. Due to its great integration with leading cloud storage providers and offer a greater array of features.

In my opinion, the disadvantages of Docusign are that you need a high level of computer literacy to be able to fully utilize the full potential of their platform.

For example, if I wanted to put my own logo on a document before sending it. I would have to first upload my image into Docusign before being able to do so.

The best feature that really sets this service apart from SignNow is its ability for users to create and send customs documents with ease.

After reading reviews I believe that overall SignNow is much more straightforward and user-friendly than its competitor.

6. SignNow VS DocuSign – Technical Support

One issue that we’ve seen with DocuSign is the fact that you need to sign up with an email and password.

This doesn’t work well for businesses.

As they require employees to sign electronically but not have a personal account tied to their employer’s emails.

With SignNow, there are no such concerns. You can create a unique account for each user and also choose if they need email verification or not.

Now the Winner is: SignNow

Conclusion

The key takeaway from this post is that both SignNow vs Docusign is a great product. So we cannot really claim that one is better than the other. They both have their own strengths and weaknesses and you can pick one based on your needs.

But if you’re looking for a simple solution that offers awesome functionality without any bells or whistles.

Then SignNow will work well for you!
